- At your local Fleet and Family Support Center, licensed professionals offer mental health support for active-duty service members and their families, such as counseling and resilience workshops.

About Fleet & Family Support Programs
The Navy's Family Readiness programs have been afforded the highest visibility, advocacy, and priority.
