The NAS Fallon Housing Service Center (HSC) provides support for all military families and unaccompanied personnel arriving to or departing from the Fallon area. Our team helps you find safe, suitable, and affordable housing—whether on base, in privatized housing, or in the local community.

Housing Options

Privatized Family Housing

NAS Fallon partners with Liberty Military Housing to provide family housing options. Contact the HSC for details on floor plans, pet policies, and neighborhood information.

Unaccompanied Personnel

Unaccompanied personnel authorized BAH should begin with the HSC. We offer affordable rental listings, roommate matching, lease review, and support with landlord or roommate disputes. Local apartments are generally affordable and close to the installation.

HEAT – Housing Early Application Tool
The Housing Early Application Tool (HEAT) allows service members and spouses to begin the housing application process online before or after receiving PCS orders. A housing specialist will contact you within two business days.

Property Managers & Owners

To list or update a rental property with Navy Housing, complete the Property Manager Listing Form and email it to Fallon_Housing@navy.mil.
