Family Housing
The Housing Service Center (HSC) provides support for service members and families applying for government family housing at Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach. Our trained professionals guide you through the application process, required documentation, and relocation support to help you secure the right housing for your needs.
The HSC is staffed by DoD civilians who process applications and serve as advocates for residents. Family housing is managed in partnership with Liberty Military Housing (LMH), which provides high-quality homes and dedicated resident services for Sea Breeze Village and on-base housing areas.
How to Apply
To begin your application, email the HSC at SealBeach_Housing@us.navy.mil. We will provide the required forms, instructions, and personalized support throughout the process.
You may also use the Housing Early Application Tool (HEAT) to start your application online before or after receiving PCS orders. HEAT allows service members and spouses to connect with Navy Housing quickly and easily. A housing referral professional will follow up within two business days.
